Call for abstracts - How to submit an abstract

Students and colleagues who intend to present a communication at the 12th EFPP-10th SFP conference are invited to submit an abstract.

Abstracts should be sent to:  CLOSE

Please indicate :

  • the name of the session;
  • the way in which they would like to present the paper: oral presentation or poster presentation (please see below instructions for oral and poster presentation).

Abstracts will be evaluated for acceptance by the Scientific Committee. Submission of abstracts by mail is required.

By the beginning of April 2017, the presenting author will be notified the proposed type of presentation (oral or poster).

 

Instructions for abstracts

PLEASE REFER TO THE ABSTRACT EXAMPLE 

Abstracts must be in English. The abstract should not exceed 300 words and should consist of:

  • title of the paper, not exceeding 120 characters (including spaces);
  • name and address of all authors, the presenting author (please underline her/his name) should be the person who submits the abstract;
  • name of the session;
  • overview of the objectives, methods used, results and conclusions ;
  • a maximum of 6 key words.

Instructions for oral presentation

Oral presentations must be in English. All sections are equipped with an LCD projector. Please bring your presentation during the break before the start of the corresponding session.


Instructions for poster presentation

Poster presentations should be in English. The maximum poster size is 90 cm wide and 150 cm high, and is preferably in A0 format (84.1 cm x 116.9 cm). Title, authors' names and affiliation should be included at the top of the poster. The name of the presenting author should be underlined.

The poster will present objectives, methods, results and discussion in a clear, simple and self explanatory manner. Although time will be reserved for poster sessions, posters must be understandable in the absence of the author. All figures and tables must have headings, labeled axes and legends.

Materials for poster mounting will be provided by the poster secretary.
